Submit an advertising request for your event

Requests are due by noon on Thursdays for publication in the following Monday’s GPSGNews.

Policy for advertising events

To limit the number of events per newsletter, we announce events two weeks prior to their date, and we will not announce events happening 3 weeks in the future as regular line listings.

Private businesses are not allowed to submit events to GPSGNews.

Student group funding requirement

All student groups receiving funding from GPSG are required to advertise with GPSGNews. If students’ activities fees are paying for an event, the entire graduate and professional student population must be informed of the event made possible by their contributions!
