Judiciary

The GPSG Judiciary is the judicial branch of the government.   The Secretariat is composed of 17 9 members i.e each of the Graduate/Professional schools appoints one student to serve on the judiciary

Of the 9 members one member each is elected to serve as the Chief Justice who coordinates administrative activities and another member serves as the Clerk. The remaining 15 members serve as Associate Justices. The general assembly secretariat serves to drive the agenda of the legislature and ensure effective open debate and dialogue that advocates the interest of Duke Graduate/Professional students.
